Flat Packed.

Got up early. Had delivery of studio furniture. Hours later: everything shelved and tidied. Now tired.
Blurry mobile phone snaps here:

Am especially pleased with the metal unit. Can't remember what its IKEA name was but I renamed it Chester Drawers and filled it with felt tip pens and ink sticks and set squares and passport pictures and crochet hooks.

Better pictures and such here.

And tomatoes here:

I am having so much fun watching you move into a studio with fellow artists.....this is my dream too one day..to share studio space with my fellow artists...I was wondering about the mundane details of making it happen like ... how did the getting of space together come about and how does the orgainsing of the space happen eg rent etc...love the cafe downstairs too, how amazing is that!!

Just a note from Perth W.Australia to say we really love "There are cats in this book" and so does our 1 year old (well he's one on Saturday). We borrowed it from our local library but are going to track down a copy to buy. We can relate to having cats tucked up in bed...though we have 2kitties not 3...they keep us warm at night.
Cheers, the Beachcat family

Congradulations, Viv! Your new studio look super nice. It's going to feel good to have a new, shiny fresh space to create in. Could you e-mail me the new address?
