Warm-up

So... here's a typical warm-up session. It always takes a while for me to remember how to draw at all. Especially when drawing people.
Today I'm mostly trying to remember how to draw faces, so a lot of this is me copying photographs of friends.

I think I'll raid the fridge now and then I'll do some character drawings.

I should really add some sort of old fashioned kid's TV tune to these videos.

I'm really enjoying these time lapse drawing vids Viv - great idea! How often does the software take a picture? I think I have the same one as you...need to find a good use for it...

Glad you like it! It's definitely making warming up more fun. The software is iStopmotion, is that the one? You can set it to whatever interval you like and switch to manual or continuous at any time, it's really good! I tried gawk before but it doesn't go under a second and keeps playing up.
I'd like to see some time lapse composing!

Oh my goodness, the rate at which you churn them out... Okay, I am really inspired now! Maybe I can go away and make *one* drawing... ;-)

It's not real! It's all time-lapse :D

I like it when you sing...way better than some old kids' tv soundtrack.

I only got one song though :D I might do a mini messy drawing course like I remember watching on TV when I was small... With theme music... haha
