I was waiting for the surprisingly-coloured bean flowers to open...


... and suddenly the Pea plant had already done this!


How? How? How can a plant make a whole pea-pod that quickly without me noticing when I am spending hours every day observing everything closely?
Look how green it is, and how tiny, and look at the minuscule peas in there... HUZZAH! The first food item I successfully cultivated from a seed! :D

Man, I'm actually enjoying the tales of your roof top garden! I picture some of your creatures, with a painted spoon over seeing things conducting and encouraging the growth of your beans... Your sketches below are stunningly beautiful. The bear is wonderful.

Thank you! Hmm, I thought it looked a bit tense, I was in a mood when I was drawing it because Germany was losing the European Finals and I was watching it in a room of Spain supporters (well done Spain, really).

I like the little face on the second sketch, the one of the left looking up.
